Chris Brown and Lil Durk ripped off one other artist’s tune for his or her collab “Until The Wheels Fall Off” … at the very least in response to a brand new lawsuit.
Breezy and Durk are being sued by music producer Micah Foster, who claims CB straight up jacked his monitor after Micah performed it for Chris on a mixtape.
Within the docs, obtained by TMZ, Foster claims Chris and Durk’s “Until The Wheels Fall Off” copies the refrain, hook and association for his similarly-titled tune “Wheels Fall Off.”
Foster claims he launched his tune in 2019 … three years earlier than Chris and Durk bought along with Capella Gray to document and launch “Until The Wheels Fall Off.”
What’s extra, Foster says he is labored with Chris a ton over time and performed him the tune whereas CB was engaged on his album “Breezy” … and claims Chris then ripped off the monitor for a tune on his album.
Foster says he is owed royalties and hasn’t seen a dime … so he is taking Breezy, Durk and Capella to courtroom to attempt to get a slice of the pie.
We reached out to Chris and Durk’s camps … to this point no phrase again.
